3. Service Requests and Payment

  • Users can request a service by filling out the appropriate form according to the type of transport needed.

  • The estimated cost of the service is displayed before submission, and confirmation is required from the user.

  • Payment must be made upon service completion via one of the accepted methods (cash, transfer, or online payment).

  • Cancellation fees may apply if the user withdraws after confirmation or delays the order.

4. Driver Responsibilities

  • Drivers must be officially registered in the app and agree to its terms.

  • They are required to follow traffic laws and ensure the safety of clients and goods.

  • The driver is fully responsible for providing the service in a professional manner and respecting the client.

6. Disclaimer

  • Taxi Awamer acts as an intermediary between drivers and clients and is not directly responsible for any individual conduct or damages caused by misuse or negligence by either party.
